Hi

I posted few pix and most of them were rejected, in the 2 examples below you can see a skyline of Dubai and a street view from Tokyo. Nothing special or specific just general view were you find tons of similar on Adobe stock yet it was rejected due to INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY REFUSAL.

would someone tell me how resolve the issue or what is the problem?

Regards

Both are property issues.

The first photo cannot show any store or company names on the signs. All recognizable people need a model release. If any of the building designs are restricted, you need a property release.

The second photo. The hotel is, as far as I know, design protected. This means you are not allowed to use photos commercially without permission. By the way. The same thing applies to severl moodern buildings.

Most likely those other images are restricted to "Editorial Use Only."  Or they were submitted with proper release forms.

Dubai is a technical problem. The processing is bad. Night pictures are not that easy to get right.

As for the Tokyo picture, every business sign constitutes an IP violation. And most of the people would need to sign a model release. In addition, there are multiple technical errors in the picture, only one example near the 6 wheeled taxi:
