I Didn't Find where is the term " INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY REFUSAL " violated

Hi @tanveergraphicstudio , the IP violation refers to the domain names you used website.com and websitename.com.  Those are actual domains.  If you change the domains to example.com, you should be able to resubmit and get this accepted.

actually i have more then 200 files with same data but never faced that issue, anyway thank you.

If you've been violating the IP rights of website.com, and Adobe accepted it, they weren't diligent enough. You could expect all your images to be removed if they complain. (websitename.com is not currently in use, but it could be in future, so Adobe won't accept that). This is why example.com was invented - it is not random.
