Hi there,

The person in this photo is not face recognizable. Still considered to be intellectual property refusal ?

Just to be completely clear, if the problem is a recognizable person, the rejection will tell you a model release is needed. Adobe don't use entirely different rejections to send you a message. They are saying you need an intellectual property release, not a model release... read about property releases here https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/stock/contributor/help/property-release.html  This is needed more often than anyone would guess.

Intellectual property means that there is a logo somewher in the picture. As your preview is too small, i cannot check myself, but I would guess the clothing is showing something that looks like a logo.

If there is no such thing, look into your title or keywords. And well, there are some items that are not allowed to be photographed for commercial applications. That may be the case here too.

nb: even if a person's face is not recognizable, the person may still be identifiable.
