One confusing thing about the property releases, when used for created materials. The release mentions "artist" and "owner". For a photograph of a painting the "artist" on the release is the photographer, and the "owner" is the person who painted it.

Look at it like this:

Photographer (scanner) vs house owner (art work creator)...

But it's confusing... I agree.

In some cases we are BOTH "artist" and "owner."

Hi aalfndi,

Sorry for the delay in reply. First I must say these a nice vectors. If you have not yet gotten the answer to your question, this is it. I assume these are your personal, original creation, in which case you complete and sign a property release as the owner of the vector, and the artist. You may use the electronic method to submit; in which case a witness is not needed.

Best wishes
