Even if your sculpture is located in a country that allows for taking such pictures, if the subject is located in the public space (called "Panoramafreiheit" in German), Adobe stock won't accept it into their database, if it is the main subject of the picture as shown here.
If they would have accepted the sculpture as part of a skyline picture, which could be a possibility, you still would get an IP refusal because of the logos in the background:
And to the right there is a pedestrian with a jacket that has a logo on their back.
BTW: There is a big chance that the picture would also have been rejected on the basis of quality issues as there are many artefacts visible due to your processing.

Artwork or sculptures are protected as the intellectual property of the artist or designer. If your photo has such an item which is not just part of a landscape photo but, serves as the main point of interest, you need a release from the artist to license the work for commercial use.
