Intellectual property refusal city skyline

Hi, it is a long time ago since my last submissions. I made a few very nice shots of the skyline of Rotterdam, but they are ... rejected. I've resubmitted without any readable logos, flags, but they still are rejected.

In the guidelines there is an extensive list with restrictions: Known image restrictions , but I cannot manage which one(s) I'm violating. The large tower is the De Zalmhaven De Zalmhaven - Wikipedia

 the bridge is the Erasmusbrug. Both are visible in other shots on stock.adobe.com.

Can you enlighten me so I can re-edit the images?
