Hi, The attached high res png file showing a stack of cookies was rejected stating IP refusal. But a similar shot with cookies differently placed was accepted. Why is this IP? Was it rejected by mistake. TIA

Hi @collectorsville_2267 ,

It looks like homemade cookies with kisses chocolate. I believe it's the kisses shape chocolate that triggers the IP violation.

Best wishes

I think you nailed it. This is from their website:

You should not be submitting images in PNG format unless they have transparent backgrounds, which does not seem to be the case here.

Also, it appears you may have submitted this as a png. Only assets with transparencies should be submitted as pngs. Submit as jpgs.

The moderator probably selected the wrong reason for rejection. This can happen when they are rushed, as they only have seconds to review each images. The real issue is quality. The shadows under the cookies don't make a lot of sense and they are abruptly cut off at the bottom of the frame.
