Intellectual property refusal - parliament building

Hello,

I'm new to Adobe Stock, and I'm wondering why the picture below was rejected because of an intellectual property violation.

I've looked at the image closely and I don't see any copyright or trademark information. I searched Adobe Stock and there literally hundreds of pictures of the same building. I'm baffled. Can anyone explain why this picture was rejected?

Thanks,

Jeet

It probably is because of the lighting of the building - this may be trademarked! That's my guess!

Hi,

I also think that the reason for the rejection could be the illumination of the building, which may have been done by an artist and could therefore be protected by copyright.

For example, there is something like this at the Eiffel Tower in Paris, which can be photographed in daylight and used commercially, but not with the illumination switched on, because an artist has a copyright here.

A further problem could be the people in the foreground for whom you might have to submit a model realease.
