"Intellectual Property Refusal" query - text

Hi all,

I'm new to Adobe Stock (I have been on other sites for a while) and 'm struggling a bit with how many of my images are not being accepted. Some of the 'similar images' ones I can accept (it's annoying, but whatever) but I have a couple that I don't really understand for IP refusal - a picture of some buns, and a picture of some used books in a shop.

Can anyone explain to me what the rules for IP refusal are and why they would apply here? Is it the small shop logo on the picture of the pastries, and the text on the books?

Thanks!

If text or other elements are included, it will be rejected due to IP issues.
Before that, since you're filming inside a store, you need to get permission from the store staff to film and submit a property release at the same time.
Even if you film without getting permission and pass the review, there is a chance that the rights holder will see the footage and request that it be taken down.
Make sure you get permission.

In addition to the IP issues noted by others, the first image is a bit underexposed. The second is not well composed, and the reflections in the glass are distracting.

The names of the books and anything identifying the seller need release forms.
