Question

Intellectual property rejection on all.

What could possibly be intellectual property in these images? The number on the man is made up. There's nothing on the girl that is copyrighted. They're all AI, and of course, the fantasy images, I can't imagine.

Please let me know. I think the rejection is stuck on intellectual property rejections.

Honestly, I don’t see any IP violations in these images.

Maybe it was in your metadata?

When you submitted, did you check the box for Created using GenAI tools?  And which box did you select for Recognizable people or property?

I couldn't figure out how to get my image into Gemini. Is there a cost for Gemini?

I copy my selection and paste it into the Gemini input window. Yes, with tax, it’s just over 20.00 per month. I like ChatGPT, since it’s great when asking for multiple examples from the same prompt, but paying for both is too expensive.

I bought the pro version of ChatGPT, which has been doing really well, and it is so much less expensive than the other programs. I just don't think I'm getting my prompts right. All the images were created by the pro version, and I can't see any intellectual property problems. If he is asleep on the job, I don't sleep making these. I work through the night, and I work hard, and this shouldn't happen. I hope someone from Adobe Stock is reading this so they can resolve the problem. I don't think it is a person who is doing this. I think it is an AI generation machine rejecting these images.

I’ve used ChatGPT to make the originals, but Gemini seems to do a better job at post edits.

I think the moderator may have been asleep at the wheel on these, at least the last one, as there is room for improvement throughout. I think AI should still hold up even at 200% magnification there are a number of issues. Also, kayak paddles have two oars, not one. Side note: I suppose that it’s conceivable that the moderator may have interpreted the area around the top of his shirt as the Nike swoosh.

Can you please tell me how you got the texture in his face? My prompt was "add texture to face," and it didn't work. What did you do, please?

I thought there was only one that he used on each side. I'll try to add another paddle. As you can see, I am not a kayaker. lol
