Intellectual Property violation????

I would have accepted virtually any other reason as valid and not questioned it. This type image gets about a 50% rejection rate across stock agencies because clouds are always soft for long exposures, there are often hot spots that are interpreted as artifacts, and yeah I get it but they are also popular sellers. But the reason for this one??? Especially since it  is legitimately copyrighted by me, filed and accepted. Anybody have any idea why?

It looks like the moderation team may have selected the wrong rejection reason. I see you have a virtually identical photo already approved in your portfolio. The rejection probably should have been "similar image already submitted."

I'm going to have a moderator move this thread to a slightly more appropriate forum.
