Please advise what was the Intellectual property violation in this picture (to me it looks alright).  Thank you!

I think this is your culprit. The distinct pattern on the cookie plate is by the famous maker, Wedgewood.  Some plates are still protected by design patents.

Is this generative AI or did you create this photograph yourself?

A real photograph, based on the "is it AI" software I sent it through. But I also figured out what the star shapes were: anise. So now I can't see an IP issue nor a quality issue, unless it's the cut-off pine cones.

I do not see an IP violation neither, except if your keywords or title contained IP protected tradewords. So my conclusion would be to check the asset for quality issues. That seems to be the most probable issue here. @daniellei4510 is right to suggest taking away the pine cones could go away, the stars may be some obscure protected IP, you will know when this is a photography. As for the steam, that did not disturb me a lot, air flow pushes steam easily differently than normal. I would let it. And, btw, I doubt that moderators are looking as much at the asset.

If you do not find a quality issue, post the full sized asset here, so that we can look at it.

Thank you!  At least I'm not the only one who doesn't see the IP issue )))

IP is not the only refusal reason. And moderators may err quite easily.

Just a guess, but the moderator may have selected the incorrect reason for rejection. I think the pine cones at the bottom could be eliminated and whatever those "stars" are. (Maybe someone else would recognize them?) To put it another way, there's too much going on. The steam from the coffee is unrealistic. Steam would normally go upwards. I'd lose it completely. Maybe the walnuts as well. You posted a low-res asset, so I'm making some guesses as to what might be the cause of the rejection.
