Intellectual rights refusal policy clarifications

Hi! I'm a new contributor and I'm still trying to understand the intellectual property refusal policy.
From what I’ve read, buildings older than 150 years typically aren’t subject to IP laws. I uploaded several images of old churches—some were accepted, while others weren’t, even though they’re from the same era.
Could you please clarify what’s wrong with this particular cathedral image and why it was rejected due to IP concerns?
Thanks so much!

The problem is not the church. The problems are the logos and names on the buildings behind the church.

As @RALPH_L correctly says, you need to look for any IP violations, not only on the main subject. But I think that even by removing the logos, and resubmitting (which would be quite easy here, that it will be refused, this time for quality issues. It lacks contrast and sharpness, and has a strange tint, like if it went through a digital filter, but is a great picture for a small sensor camera.
