IP rejection

Ironically, within 30 or 40 minutes of meposting this comment, they
moderated one of my images. Although I got turned down because of
intellectual property, leaving me with a question. Someone in the photo is
wearing their school choir shirt, with only a small fraction of it visible,
although there are a couple of music notes visible. Are music notes not
okay to show?

Normally, music notes are protected, but only if they are the focus of the asset. Check for logos, even tiny ones.

Well, unless the mass produced platter or the mass produced Thanksgiving Hats are protected, music notes are the only other possibility. Check it out and tell me what you see! OOps, this is the correct one--I removed the watch! #2 is the submitted image.

I see the T-shirt. The design is probably protected and on the arm is part of a logo or similar.
