Adobe has no control over whether a Contributor uses a bot to generate images from MidJourney. However, they definitely do not encourage anyone to use a bot to upload massive quantities of images to Adobe Stock. Anyway, there is a cap on the number of assets that can be submitted to Adobe Stock for review at any one time. And, Moderators will reject similar and images images of poor quality that haven't been reviewed and edited by Contributors. This type of spamming Contributor will end up with their account shut down.

I saw one contributor, who was very proud to contribute automatically assets to stock, just to be blocked a month later. Meanwhile, he had 60,000 assets in his account and at least some of them were violating the submission guidelines.

Adobe is trying to tame down automatic submission by introducing captchas.

Whether it's possible or not, I don't know. But if I'm understanding your question, it suggests that you want to import images directly from MJ, which would mean that you would bypass the editing process and the vast majority if not all of your images would be rejected and you might also be banned as a result.
