Is image review done by a single moderator or multiple moderators?

Hello. I have a small question... is each image moderated by a single moderator or multiple moderators? How is the image review done to determine if it's accepted or not, and what is the process? For instance, I have 4 images from the same set, 3 have been accepted and one hasn't.

And for the second question, if I have multiple images that have not been accepted, do I risk having my account closed? Due to the quality, I generate images with AI, and I'm not exactly sure which image I should upload to get accepted. Because I generate multiple images and models, I enjoy creating, and I find it to be an art.

What is the maximum number of rejected images?

There may be dozen? Hundreds? A thousand moderators? We have no way of knowing. They are world-wide. Images are fed to different moderators based on where those images are in the queue. It's random. But I think it's safe to assume that if, for example, you have 7 or 10 or whatever images reviewed, they were reviewed by the same moderator.

Adobe Stock receives thousands of submission per week -- highest quality photos, illustrations, vector graphics, generative AI & videos.

Focus less on quantity and more on quality.  An acceptance rate of 50% is considred OK.  But you should always aim for 90-100% acceptance. 😁  AI makes many mistakes.  Fix them all before you submit.

Assets are typically reviewed in the order received by the first available reviewer. Assuming you have 50 images in the wait queue, it's likely that several reviewers will evaluate them. Duplicate content will be rejected.

Some reviewers may specialize in certain types of assets over others. Or maybe they'll take the first one they see.  It doesn't matter as all assets are evaluated by the same Adobe criteria and quality standards.  Read these links.

I doubt that more than one moderator looks at a single image, but it is possible that images in a batch are divided among multiple moderators.

There is no published minimum acceptance rate that I've ever seen; however it is assumed that <50% is not good because your submissions are starting to cost Adobe too much to moderate. You also have to consider your investment of time in creating, editing, titling, keywording and uploading.

We have no idea exactly how the process works, but I can pretty much assure you that only one moderator is responsible for accepting or rejecting images. 3 were accepted, and one wasn't. That's a 75% acceptance rate. Nothing to be ashamed of.

Generating AI is not an "art." On the other hand, editing AI might be. It's estimated (e.g., guessed at) that you should maintain a minimum of a 50% acceptance rate for submitted images without the risk of being banned. Although it's also assumed that one's acceptance rate will grow over a given period of time.

Also, always consider editing and resubmitting images as your experience improves over time (not immediately...wait a couple of months). I've had nearly 100 images accepted that were originally rejected for quaity issues. Most of those rejections happened early on when I first began submitting to Adobe Stock.

As for your rejected image, submit it here and we'll take a look and either guess or be on point as to why it was rejected. 😉

Does one moderator handle an image? Or is it a different moderator for each image?
