I will upload images via ftp but the images are on my vds. Will there be any problem if I upload the images via vds? because the ip address is different

Adobe Stock doesn't care about which IP address you use.

Just to say: your IP number is not a fixed address. It changes all the time.

Thank you abambo, also, with this VDS, uploads will be made to my friends' accounts, so uploading from the same address in each account, will it be perceived as a suspicious transaction?

Sure, as long as your friend is not called Harvey (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harvey_(1950_film)). That would get your account closed.

(I hope you understand the difference between a friend and an imaginary friend. If the friend is a real contributor and contributes his own stuff, then it is OK. If your friend is a synonym for your second account, then you will get in trouble.)
