Hello there,

If I have a contributor account and my brother wants to create another contributor account with his personal information. Each one of us owns his assets (I have my midjourney account and he has his own midjourney account and each of us creates different assets) but we are using the same device for uploading the assets, is it okay or will Adobe treat it as a violation for using multiple accounts, also if we are in the same house, Each one of us using his device but with the same network, is it allowed or not?

The assets are different but we both upload AI images, we cannot use the same account because everyone has his own life so we can't do it. each one wants to use his contributor account.

Sorry if my English is bad it is not my main language

No, we are very careful with this and I have my partition and his, there is no chance to mix the assets, but it could be similar topics like business, food, or isolated objects. not the same but similar. I am using my prompts and he has his prompts, also we have different midjourney accounts so we don't mix the images at all.

As you know AI images is kinda similar if you don't go extreme with the prompts so it could be kinda like each other but no one image will be uploaded on both accounts. So what is the case now should he make his account or not?

Why don't you stick with Adobe and let your brother create content for other stock services?

That way, you'll have no conflicts that could send up red flags.

Incidentally, AI is a tool.  It's not a replacement for human talent and good editing skills.

It does not matter that you share the same computer & Wifi.

  • Are you both over 18 years of age?
  • Do you each have your own Adobe ID and verified PayPal, Payoneer or Skrill account?
  • And have you each submitted your own tax withholding forms (W-9 or W-8)?
  • And you are submitting different content to Stock?

Yes we both over 18 years old.

Yes I have my verified Paypal and he has his own account.

We didn't create the other account yet it is just me have the account and I am asking before he make his one. once he create his account he will submit his tax withholding form.

We both create images in many fields like business, food, stock market, etc. but it is AI images (generated by midjourney ) and JPEG only.

Sure it’s allowed. Why wouldn’t it? But this looks heavily like a set-up for bypassing the upload limit. Be sure that you have separate tax forms. And be sure that you confirm to all rules. Adobe is fast in blocking accounts, but really slow in releasing them again.
