Is it possible to find out the names of the people who bought your Adobe Stock?

No, Adobe is the middleman in this relationship, and they're not going to relinquish that role. Sometimes you can find your images in the wild by googling "your account name Adobe Stock".

No. At least not that I'm aware. Just as a buyer can't contact a seller for privacy reasons. You could do an image search of an asset to possibly determine HOW the asset is being used, but that won't necessarily lead to the name of the buyer. I do know some stock sites offer a button that a seller can click to thank the buyer for their purchase, but that notice is still sent privately.
