Is it spam to upload similar AI images with color variations?

Here is an example. The prompts are different only in the color variation part. I would like to know if it's ok. Thank you in advance 🙂

From the help pages:

Be careful not to spam.

Select only your best photos and illustrations and ensure that each submission offers something different. Don’t submit multiple images with minimal changes in angle or depth, or copies of the same photo with different postproduction effects applied. Submitting multiple copies of similar or identical content can be perceived as spam by our moderation team. Using long, non-descriptive, repetitive, or irrelevant titles and keywords can be perceived as spam as well. Spamming is strictly prohibited and may prompt us to block your account or close it permanently. Learn more

While the theme is the same, I wouldn't say these classify as color variations of the SAME image. That is, If you were to make the blue hearts yellow and the yellow hearts blue, that would be spamming. Nevertheless. I would submit three of these at most. Maybe even two. Others might weigh in with a different opinion.
