Today, a single customer made a bulk download of around 120 images. Is it typical or unusual?

What should I do to avoid getting banned? should I contact customer support?

Customer support is for customers. Contributor support is for contributors. I don't know what you should do, as I was never in such a situation. But there are some parameters, I suppose, that allow Adobe to detect suspicious sales. But I'm unable to say, where Adobe has its threshold.
