Is there a problem with the photo upload system?

1. Hello... it seems that the upload process has a low tolerance for a
slow connection and bumped me off fairly quickly.
2. So the attempt to upload 4 files failed.
3. The error message referred to a legal statement re the terms and
conditions etc... Really on the wrong track.
4. I tried again later and all was good.
5. We get some really slow connections in the Philippines.

One of your colleagues gave a great critique of the technical issues of
