Probably not. But if you continue with the next picture in the same mood, then at some point (the third or fourth asset) you will earn a similar picture refusal. If you create your asset correctly, changing the colour will be one click.

I created a lot of variations for different color palettes and it is now in pending submission. I think 15 or 20 is in pending right now. Should i remove them and just put 3 of it?

I wouldn't have submitted that much. But I'm not a moderator, and I do not know the threshold.

Two isn't spam. We can't have an opinion on "many" as we haven't seen whether you have created enough variety. Just recolouring the same patterns a thousand ways will get you blocked for sure...

So it's okay if i submit lots of color variations with the same design?

I think it depends how distinctive the color variations are. If you submit many in various tones of blue for instance, that might look like spamming. Don't submit many at one time, or some Moderators may definitely view them as too similar. Read the info on this page, bottom of page:
