If these should be separate images for submission, the two on the extreme left are similar and the one on the extreme right is two close to the two on the left. I believe you can create more extreme variances with a lemon than what you have here.

Also make sure your lemon is unique in some way that sets it apart from other inventory. 

 

A rejection for 'duplicate content' includes other Stock content as well as your own.

    Yes, and have you searched in the Buyer portal for images of lemons? There are more than 3 million... it's unlikely that they need any more.
