why is it is not good quality.Is it because of the camera or somethign else?

It may pass depending on the reviewer, but if it were me, I would not submit this photo to AdobeStock because there is halation on the right side.

    You can try defringe in Photoshop to improve upon the flare, but the foreground also appears to be underexposed and the crop could have been improved to include more of the bottom of the building.
