Is visual reference of the model is must? if yes could i add it later with photoshop after scanning?
also will adobe sign feature work for minor release, I have tried it keeps rejecting. pls help me. and share any sample minor release form.

The visual reference is a must. Minors need to have one of their parents signing the release.
