Issue loading the page

I have this on my account on the top of the uploaded files page.  I tried reloading and it stays the same.  It will let me go through the whole process of tagging and uploading photos including having to select cat photos as a security protocol but then nothing is loaded when I select upload.  How can I fix this ?  thanks

Change the browser, try again. You especially need to disable any add on that blocks elements from a website, like ad blockers.

Your post does not make since. Tagging is completed after the file has already been uploaded. The "cat" security question comes after the asset is submitted for review.

I assume when you say "upload" you mean "submit".
After you answer the "cat" question there is usually a pop-up where you are asked to describe a scene followed by another pop-up where you can check mark the assets. Do you get either of these two pop-ups? Do the assets remain in the "new" page or are they moved to "in review"? Have you treied a different browser?
