Issue selling images in Adobe iStock after Fotolia acquisition

Hi everyone,

I am an Adobe Stock contributor with a problem: I sell only the images that I have had uploaded in Fotolia.

I have never sold a single image uploaded through Adobe Stock: right now I sell only the images that I had uploaded and keyworded in Fotolia before Fotolia acquisition. Any contributor has this problem?

Thank you in advance!

Giulia

I don't have that problem as I started with Adobe stock. I have sales.

There is no difference in search results based on whether a file was uploaded via Fotolia or Adobe Stock. If what you wrote is true, it is a coincidence only and not based on any advantage or disadvantage associated with any particular ui.

Maybe the images that are selling have been sold before and have therefore a better position and visibility?

Thank you for your answer.

Yes, visibility of your files is influenced by prior sales. But sales on Fotolia are also sales on Adobe Stock. What may change however, is how people access the files as Adobe products have a direct connection to stock.

That‘s more an evolution... There may also may be some change in what pictures are looked for.
