Issue Submitting Appeal Form - No Case Number Received
Hello Community and Moderators,
I'm seeking guidance on a technical issue with the account appeal form.
After submitting my appeal, the system shows the "Thank you for your submission" confirmation page. However, the required confirmation email with a case number is never sent. I have confirmed it is not in my spam folder.
My goal is simply to have my appeal officially logged in your system so the review process can begin. I am not asking for the appeal to be handled here on the forum.
Could an Adobe moderator please advise on how to resolve this submission issue?
