Issue with Adobe Stock Contributor Account (Inactive Account)

Hello,
I am a photographer and journalist, and I recently created a new account to start selling my photos on Adobe Stock.

When I try to sign in and activate my profile, I get this error:
Inactive account. Our Account and Submission policy does not allow multiple Contributor accounts.

• I contacted support 3 times but did not receive any response.

• I have a Creative Cloud subscription under another email (registered to my son), but I created this new account for my own Contributor profile.

• I also tried logging in through the Contributor portal but the error still appears.

• I have attached a screenshot of the error.

My question:
How can I activate my new Adobe Stock Contributor account and start uploading photos?
Is it possible to link my existing Creative Cloud subscription (different email) with this new Contributor account, or should I follow another process?
