Issue with License for Image Purchased via Fotolia / Adobe Stock

We have an image that was originally purchased through Fotolia in 2019. Since Fotolia was acquired and integrated into Adobe Stock, we are no longer able to locate or verify the license for this image within our Adobe Stock account. The image does not appear in the “License History” section on Adobe Stock, even though we have legitimately purchased and actively used it.

We need assistance to:

  • Confirm that our previous Fotolia license is still valid and active.

  • Access or verify the license history for Fotolia images migrated to Adobe Stock.

  • Understand how to provide valid proof of license for this specific image to avoid any legal issues.

 

Whats been done:

I have attempted to synchronize my Fotolia account with Adobe Stock, but without success. I have reset my password and tried to log in, but I am unable to proceed beyond that point.

I have followed the instructions provided here:

However, the issue remains unresolved.

Fotolia no longer exists. It's been dead for many years. 

Are you asking this as Stock Contributor or a customer?

I’m a customer and previously purchased several licenses through Fotolia, but it seems they are no longer valid. I understand that Fotolia no longer exists because it was acquired by Adobe. However, according to the information I found, there was an option to synchronize a Fotolia account with Adobe Stock. If you check the link I’ve included, it mentions that. I’d like to know if it’s still possible to access the licenses I purchased through that synchronization process or any other way.
