Dear Adobe Stock Contributor Support Team,

I am facing an issue with my Adobe Stock Contributor account. For the past two months, the “Submit for Review” button has not appeared, even though all uploaded files have complete titles, categories, and keywords. I can upload files successfully, but cannot proceed to submission.

I have cleared browser cache, tried different browsers, and checked all metadata fields, but the problem still persists. Please review my account and help me resolve this issue.

Here are my account details and relevant information:

  • Name: Juleka Begum

  • Email: [Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers]

  • Tax ID: 312386699771

Thank you for your time and assistance.
Looking forward to your response.

Kind regards,
Juleka Begum

My account ‘include in submissions’ button is always greyed out.. EDIT.. the issue resolved itself by uploadin new images. All images i had waiting to be titled and tagged already uploaded have the greyed out include in submissions checkbox. Not a big deal, i cant reupload them. RESOLVED.

Focus less on quantity and more quality.

Be selective about what you submit. Choose only 2-3 of your very best assets.

Wait for approval. Rinse & repeat.

Apparently your submission limit is less than 100 files. Reduce the number of files in your submission batch until the Submit button is no longer grayed out.

First, you should not include personal information with your posts out of privacy concerns. A number of factors are at play when it comes to submission limits, including a weekly submission limit, the amount of assets pending moderation, approval rates and sales. Admittedly, two months seems longer than usual, but I don't know your submission practices or any personal details related to the above policies. You can TRY contacting Adobe contributor support, but I suspect you will receive a generic response.
