issue with my contributor account at adobe stock

Question

i have an issue with my contributor account at adobe stock

Recently, several of my photos were approved by adobe team and should now be live on the Adobe Stock platform. However, I am unable to locate these photos either through the search function or on my public profile when i go to my protoflio it appears (couldn't find any all results for . Try your search outside of portfolios)

and when i take my photo id to search for it appears to me this message

Page not found

Sorry, that page doesn't exist
Try your search again

what can i do to solve this issues ?

If they have been approved then they are available. It might be, that you are located in a country that requires an extra approval. Change your region at the bottom of your dashboard to thge United States to see if your assets are shown.
