Issue with Payoneer payout connection and pending payment

I’m facing a payout issue and would really appreciate your help. Here’s exactly what happened step by step:

  1. On August 13, I successfully connected my Payoneer account to my Adobe Stock contributor account.

  2. I then made a payout request. Normally, when using Skrill in the past, my payments would arrive within 7 days.

  3. With Payoneer, I expected a similar timeline, but even after 11 days, I did not see any upcoming payment notification inside my Payoneer account. The payout still shows as pending in my Adobe Stock dashboard.

  4. Thinking something was wrong, I disconnected my Payoneer account from Adobe Stock.

  5. Now, when I try to reconnect the same Payoneer account, I get the error message:
“Payout Information not accepted – Please use a Payoneer account that is valid and unique to your contributor profile.”

  6. My Payoneer account is fully active and verified with no restrictions. The issue seems to be on the Adobe Stock side, possibly because the payout was already in process when I disconnected the account.

Could you please help me with either:

  • Re-sending the pending payout to my Payoneer account, or

  • Resetting the payout method so I can reconnect my Payoneer account successfully.

Thank you so much for your support 🙏

Sounds like you might need to contact Payoneer. Adobe's "pending" notice suggest that there are no problems on their end. Or not. In any event, if you do not receive payment, any funds being transferred will be returned to Adobe if a problem arises.

Hi,

I’m facing a payout delay issue with Adobe Stock and wanted to explain my situation clearly.

I initially requested my first payout on March 5 via Payoneer. However, that payout was later cancelled due to a connection issue between Adobe Stock and Payoneer.

On March 23/24, I updated my payment method to Skrill (fully verified) and requested the payout again.

Since then, the status has been stuck on “Pending” and has not progressed to “Pending for payment” or “Paid.” As of now (April 2), it has been around 7–8 business days.

In my previous attempt, the status moved faster to “Pending for payment,” so this delay feels unusual. Additionally, the payout page sometimes shows March 23 and sometimes March 24 after refresh.

Overall, I have been trying to receive my first payout since March 5, and despite waiting nearly a month, I still haven’t received any payment.

I have already contacted support, but responses have been slow and not very helpful.

Could someone please clarify:

  • Whether this delay is normal for a re-requested payout via Skrill

  • Why the status is still stuck at “Pending”

  • If there could be any issue with my account or payment setup

Thank you

@Tajrihan_Ishmam9031

Be patient. It’s been only 6 working days since you requested payment.

25, 26, 27, 30, 31, Apr 1, 2, 6, 7, 8.

Payments typically take 10-15 business days, depending on your bank & region.

If you don’t receive payment by Apr 15, contact Contributor Support directly. This user-to-user community can’t help with account or payment issues.

Hope that helps.

Most of the people have no issue, as otherwise the forum would explode. You need to contact contributor support to solve this, or, if the issue is on the Pioneer side, you need to contact Pioneer support. People here in this forum can't help. https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/Need-Help-Contact-Us.html

Nothing is wrong. It takes 7 to 10 business days (i.e., excluding weekends and federal U.S. holidays) to complete the process. The day of withdrawal doesn't count. You are now at day 6.
