Issue with payout

Hi!

I am a Adobe stock contributor from Australia. On 25 October 2024 I tried to get a payout ($26.21) on PayPal, but the system said that the payout could not be completed. This is not my first payout and I did not get any email from Adobe related to this.

Could you help me, please?

I tried to write message to "Contact us", but the system said "We are sorry, there was an error submitting your case. Please post your question in the forum in the meantime, while we resolve this temporary issue."
