Issues with Payment and Sales on Adobe Stock

Dear Adobe Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am a contributor on Adobe Stock, and I have encountered some issues with my account. It has been 11 days since my last sale, and I have not received any payments during this period. Additionally, I have not seen any sales in the last 11 days.

Could you please help me understand the cause of this issue and provide guidance on how I can resolve it? I would appreciate your assistance in addressing this matter.

    It could be that nobody wants to buy what you’re selling right now. This is especially true with seasonal assets that are not in high demand during off-season months. 

     

    The other reason could be increased competition from newly added assets. Find out what your competition is doing in your chosen keywords.

    As ​@daniellei4510 said “we are not Adobe and there are several reasons why and vary normal that sales are not constant. Important is that you have and maintain a portfolio with mixed high quality assets.

    Sales can vary from day to day or even week to week. We are contributors like yourself on this forum and we can only take guesses as to why your sales have diminished over time, especially since we have no idea what type of assets you are trying to sell. AI? Video? Photographs? Seasonal material? Vectors?
