issues with photo

I read your comments and try to follow what was was suggested. Somehow I am still missing the mark. My goal is to continue to follow you all advice and not to have photos rejected

Your image is underexposed, particularly in the shadows, has a blown out area surrounding the sun, has a WB problem (too blue), has a leaning horizon, seems to be unfocused, and is very noisy. The sky is full of artifacts. You also have a floating branch on the upper left corner where it appears you might have tried to get rid of a branch. It would be easy to get rid of all those distracting branches in Photoshop.
