Even I have my fair share of rejections due to "Technical Issues". I've treid fixing this photo several times but have not managed to get it approved.

Any suggestions?

There is an odd triangular line just above the nostrils - did you edit in the steam?

When zoomed in to 200% the eye and fur on his face is quite soft and lacking in structure.

Thanks @Jill_C , I'll do a little less noise reduction. Yes I did edit in the steam. I guess I wasnt very carefull. I'll correct it and try again.
