Hello. I sent illustration images a month ago and they have not been reviewed yet.I sent an e-mail to Adobe about this issue and they say they are very busy and they said it will take 2-3 weeks to review.Normally this should not happen If there was a problem, your posts would be canceled. There is no such problem, why does it take so long to help and if anyone has an idea, please reply.

The problem is the illustration moderation queue. As generative AI submitters need to submit there, they are clogging the system.

After analyzing the situation for the past three months, it has become evident that a significant number of individuals are uploading similar content on various platforms, including Adobe Stock. While Adobe Stock allows users to upload their content, it is crucial to consider the importance of offering unique, high-quality material.

The most effective approach is to discover your own style and niche and focus solely on uploading images that fit within that specific niche. By doing so, you will greatly improve your acceptance rate. It is essential to view your portfolio page as a channel that welcomes potential buyers to browse through your collection.

To illustrate this, I would like to share my personal experience. I started my journey on Adobe Stock alongside a friend. While my friend chose to upload a diverse range of content that he could generate, I decided to concentrate on a particular niche that I discovered to have a limited number of images available on the platform. This deliberate decision resulted in a high acceptance rate for my submissions and an increase in sales.

When visitors land on my portfolio page, they will exclusively find photos that align with my chosen niche. This focused approach allows them to easily navigate through my portfolio and increases the likelihood of finding the specific content they are in search of. In contrast, during my research on Adobe Stock, I noticed that many users upload random content that either lacks market demand or is already available on the platform in superior quality, often created using AI generative techniques.

By identifying your unique style and niche and consistently uploading high-quality content that caters to that specific audience, you can differentiate yourself from the competition and enhance your chances of success in the market. It is essential to prioritize quality over quantity and consider the demand and uniqueness of the content you upload. This strategic approach will help you stand out and attract potential customers who are specifically looking for content within your chosen niche.

The generative AI filter should be sticky and marking of generative AI should be more accurate. As for the rest, if you like or dislike AI, it looks like a good business, at least for Adobe.

Unfortunately, you are in the illustrations queue, and yes, moderators are busy checking tons of generative AI assets…in the illustration queue, the same queue you need to submit your 3D assets. We have reports, that it takes about 3 months to moderate.

Yes, normally this should not happen. But there is a problem, but not related to your submissions, but to the influx of generative AI, and the number of moderators. Adobe now limits the number of assets that can be in the queue, so it should be fine again soon.

I would simply suggest, that if you are a seasoned contributor, that you continue contributing. You can submit files until you hit the (unknown) submission limit. We had a report from one user, who did hit that limit with 480 assets, but I do not know if those assets were in the queue at the moment of the implementation of the limit. It's a moving limit, and it should still be quite low.

I've read a lot of posts on this topic in the forum, but there is only one group that usually sends content with the same visual content, which of course lengthens the process. But I'm more confident that usually quality content is available for sale in adobe.

If you read the messages in this forum, you will see many people asking the same question. But this a normal wait, at the moment. Every picture is carefully reviewed by a team of reviewers, and they are very busy because of the flood of AI. 2-3 months will not be surprising. You just need to wait.

This is a really incredible process, it's really sad to see a company like Adobe that has such low functionality.

What do you understand under “functionality”?

Adobe simply got overwhelmed by generative AI contributors. Instead of submitting 10 assets a week, they send in 1000 assets a day.
