I've decided to receive PayPal payment, but it's still pending after a week. Payment not received.

It's a federal holiday in the U.S. so perhaps that has caused a delay in the process.

Also in Canada? May payout's come from Canada. I suppose it's kind of internal shifting.

No, Thanksgiving in Canada is in early October. I don't know where the checking / processing of payouts occurs...just guessing that the U.S. holiday (4-day weekend which many people stretch to a full week off) might have had some impact.

If it's still pending, then it hasn't been processed yet. Processing is manual, so it may take some time. It takes about seven business days to process the payment.
