It says "Payment done" but I haven't received the profits.

Hello everyone.. I withdrew last week's profits on PayPal and it said "Payment done" two hours ago, but I did not receive anything on PayPal. This is the first time this has happened to me. What is the reason? I am sure that I wrote the email correctly. What do I do to get my profits and is there hope that they will reach me today?

If it says "Payment done" then Adobe has transferred the money to PayPal. If there is an issue, PayPal will return the money to Adobe and Adobe will credit that back to your account. There are some reagions who need a special type of account, and standard PayPal accounts won't accept professional payouts.

 

For any question regarding this, you should contact PayPal support.

No, the account is new. I created it two months ago and this is the first payment I have sent to this PayPal.

Adobe may have sent payment, but it could take 48 hours for PayPal to reflect the deposit on their end.

No, this is the first time I've withdrawn money from this pay pal account... I don't know what to do now, do I withdraw the current earnings of the old PayPal account is better?

Perhaps the new PayPal account isn't set up or fully functional yet. If you have provided an incorrect PayPal email address, the funds will eventually be returned to Adobe so that you can request payment again.
