It Says Payment Done But No Money Received In My Paypal !!

I Requested A Payment Of 216.95 Euros On The Last Friday 14 July 2017 and In My Payout History , It Says That Payment Done ..But I Have Not Received Anything Upon Checking My PayPal Account ... I Am Completely Sure That I Used The Right E-mail And I Am Completely Sure That I Didn't Make A mistake in Entering My Payout Information So What is The Problem ? ... The Support is responding to me with automated meaningless Replies !!!
