It seems that it does not confirm with all the work

reason for rejection: Thanks for giving us the chance to consider your image. Unfortunately, this image doesn't meet our quality standards so we can’t accept it into our collection.

Only the header. But from the stock text you show, we know that the rejection reason is “Quality Issues”.

Okay, there's the frame and the karma, and then these are yours for what? Thank you

Nice pictures.

Moon:

There are minor artefacts, nothing that I would qualify as catastrophic. But yes, moderators are very strict these days. Maybe, you should look at the sky, where there is a kind of pattern visible.

I would also add more local contrast and vibrancy. That makes the picture more attractive (visually). You will, however, need to be careful, as that also accentuates the artefacts.

The motorbike:

There are visible artefacts, visible even at a smaller size. There is no doubt that the refusal here is justified:

In addition, I'm missing the second handle.

And just to be clear, the artefacts are not only in those areas that I selected, but pretty over the whole image:

Very uncommon for a generative AI asset: the exposure is not right. Blacks (left) and whites (right) are missing.

What was the rejection reason? We only need the header.

From a preview you cannot see the asset quality.

Adobe Stock has raised the bar on quality standards.  Images that were accepted in the past might not get accepted today.

The obvious difference between the accepted image and rejected image is the ragged frame, so I think @daniellei4510 may be right as to that being the reject reason. You may be able to confirm that premise by cropping it to eliminate the ragged edge and resubmit.

The spattered edges would be considered a frame and framed images are almost always rejected. An efffect such as this should be up to the buy to create from Adobe's point of view.

Both should have been refused. They were not, so they are open for sales. That's karma.
