These might be nice on social media.  But compared to 13 million other sunsets in Stock's inventory, I don't see anything really special here.  There's no story or subject. There's nothing to grab & hold the viewer's interest.

The first: It's a bit underexposed, nothing severe, it should pass as such. However, you have multiple sensor spots. So many that you should clean your sensor urgently. I spotted at least seven easily around the tower.  There are other artefacts in the clouds.

The second: is underexposed, except for the sun. Carefully lifting the shadows and the exposure will help. There is noise and colour noise in the clouds.

 

As @RALPH_L said, sunset/sunrise pictures are abundantly in the database. They need to be perfect and have a wow factor to pass.

The sky is noisy and the black, underexposed areas dominate the scene.

Nice, but you will always have problems getting sunsets approved unless they are unique. There are already too many in the database. Here, I think the problem is the under exposed shadows.
