Items in review for over 4 months

I have some illustrations that have been in review for over 4 months. 

There are completely original, hand illustrated pieces, that have zero AI or recogniseable aspects. In fact, they're similar to ones quickly approved, listed and in my dashboard. 

So how can I get someone to reappraise my 'inreview' box?

Any help is much appreciated.
