Jpeg Vs Raw Stock uploading query?

Should I be submitting stock photos in Jpeg or in Raw?

A few of my photos have been declined from stock because of "noise" - If I had submitted the same photo in raw would I have the same problem of these photos being declined?

FIrst of all: You can't submit raw files, only jpeg is accepted.

Second: If files are declined because of noise, submitting raw files would not help. You need to carefully review your pictures, reduce the noise using the correct tools, without overdoing the job and "washing out" the details as it happens with smart-phone pictures when they are automatically processed by the phone.

As you have taken raw files, you have the most workable files at your disposal. I just reworked some files that were declined because of noise and they passed. So it is possible to rework the data, resubmit and sell...
