The composition is definitely cluttered I think! Less is more. The saucer could be in focus I think, and the focus on the cup and cinnamon sticks doesn't seem to be sharp, so maybe more DOF. The lighting as @Nancy OShea has mentioned also isn't good.
Your picture is out of focus, contains colour noise and luminary noise
...and is a little dark. Any of those would lead to a refusal.
What you absolutely need to consider is to get rid of any make, logo or other mark that may be protected. Here I see clearly the Nescafé logo. That disqualifies the picture for IP reasons.
What did Adobe Stock say was the reason for rejection? For example, Technical Problems, Intellectual Property, Aesthetic/Commercial Appeal, something else?
I feel the composition is a bit cluttered. Also the lighting could be better, there's too much shadow over the coffee cup. And that NESCAFÉ package has to go for obvious IP reasons.
