Do images that I have used Topaz DeNoise to "clean up" have to be labeled Generative Al content? I shoot nature/abandoned buildings and not always in ideal conditions which leads to high ISOs.

Topaz DeNoise is a tool claiming to use artificial intelligence to denoise an asset, but not to generate assets.

I'm sceptical of all those companies using the buzzword of Artificial Intelligence. My washing machine does also use “Artificial Intelligence”, formerly it used “Fuzzy Logic”, and still formerly it was an “electronic” washing machine. Take the buzzwords as they come, to increase your sales.

My guess is that Topaz labs uses the term quite loosely, as you suggest. When I installed Topaz Sharpen, for example, it installed a few gigabytes of "models" that I assume are referenced when sharpening an image (later updates added still more "models." So it doesn't extend out beyond it's own borders to access billions of images to aid in sharpening.
