keyword retrieval of rejected images

I have several images rejected for technical issues, I want to resubmit them and would love if I could  access the keywords. Is there a way?

No. The keywords are not shown on the rejected images.

You need to store keywords locally on your computer, before finally submitting the assets for moderation. The refusal thumbnail is just what you see, a thumbnail with the refusal reason attached.
