Keyword using adobe Bridge

Hello, I am an Adobe Stock contributor, and I specialize in creating vector stock. I have a question regarding the use of keywords on Adobe Stock. I typically use Adobe Bridge to fill out my metadata for AI files, and then I export them to EPS and JPEG formats. Both files contain the same metadata from the AI file. However, when I upload them to Adobe Stock, all of the metadata is empty.
I have attempted to upload only EPS files, as well as using ZIP files containing both EPS and JPG files, but the issue persists,It seems that Adobe Stock is not pulling any of the keywords that I add.

This method works well on other stock sites, but I seem to be having issues with Adobe Stock. Can you please assist me with this matter?
